An Among Us crewmate weighs about 42 kg (92 lb), and that number comes from the game itself: the MedBay scan reads out the same 3 ft 6 in and 92 lb for every player. It is official, not an estimate. The one exception is Fortegreen, a hidden default color listed at 132 lb (60 kg).

It is printed on screen during Submit Scan, a task in MedBay on The Skeld, MIRA HQ and Polus. You stand on the scanner (the Scan-Mo-Tron-2000) for about ten seconds, and it reads out your ID, height, weight and blood type. The ID and blood type change from player to player, but the height and weight never do: 3 ft 6 in and 92 lb.
In metric that is 106.7 cm and 41.7 kg, which we round to 42 kg. The scan is a visual task, so other players can watch the hologram to confirm you are not the Impostor. On the Nintendo Switch version, a bug hides the height line, but the weight still shows.
92 lb on a 3 ft 6 in frame gives a body mass index of 36.7. By the CDC’s adult categories, that counts as class 2 obesity. For comparison, the World Health Organization’s median weight for a boy that tall is about 17.4 kg (38 lb), so a crewmate weighs roughly 2.4 times as much as a child of the same height.
Crewmates are not human, though. Innersloth has joked on its official Twitter account that their whole skeleton is a single bone, which is also all that is left after a kill. They are never seen without their suits and backpacks, so the 92 lb probably includes all of that gear. The game never says what is inside.
Fortegreen is a shade of green that you cannot pick in the wardrobe. The game gives it to players whose color fails to load, usually along with the name "???". According to the Among Us Wiki, it is the only color that does not weigh 92 lb: it is listed at 132 lb (about 60 kg), with the same 3 ft 6 in height. That works out to a BMI of 52.6.
You will almost never see that number in a match. A Fortegreen player who tries Submit Scan is shown on the scanner as another color (Red, or Blue in Practice mode).
