All Might weighs 255 kg (562 lb) in his muscle form and stands 220 cm (7 ft 3 in) tall. The number comes from the manga itself, where he says he has slimmed down from 274 kg. That is only his muscle form: no official weight exists for his thin true form, which is far lighter.

Both weights come from one exchange in chapter 2 of the manga (volume 1, adapted in episode 3 of the anime), during Izuku’s ten months of training on the beach. Izuku protests that All Might weighs 274 kilos all by himself. All Might corrects him: he has lost some weight and is just 255 kilos, then adds that this is in his current form.
His height of 220 cm comes from his character profile in volume 1. The My Hero Academia Wiki lists 274 kg as his weight before his injury and 255 kg as his muscle form weight, which is how most sites quote him.
All Might’s “in this form” is a hint that the two forms do not weigh the same. Caleb Cook, the series’ English translator, pointed out that this means his transformation changes his mass, not only his shape. The story never explains how.
His true form, the thin, hollow-cheeked man he became after his fight with All For One, has no official weight. He lost his stomach and part of his respiratory system in that fight. Our rough estimate: if he keeps his 220 cm, a very thin build with a body mass index of about 15 gives 15 × 2.2 × 2.2 ≈ 73 kg, less than a third of his muscle form.
255 kg at 220 cm is a body mass index of about 53. For a human that would be far into the obese range, but All Might is drawn as almost pure muscle, so it reads as a sign of how dense the character is meant to be.
The series uses the weight in a few places. During his training Izuku carries All Might on his back, and the attack New Hampshire Smash has All Might launch himself body first, using his weight to crush the enemy.
