Rayquaza weighs 206.5 kg (455.2 lb), according to its official Pokédex entry, and measures 7.0 m (23 ft). That is its normal form, the one you catch in the games. Mega Rayquaza, which it turns into after learning Dragon Ascent, is almost twice as heavy at 392 kg (864.2 lb) and 10.8 m long.

Where the number comes from
The figure is Rayquaza’s Pokédex weight: 206.5 kg, or 455.2 lb, at a height of 7.0 m (23 ft). It has stayed the same since Ruby and Sapphire, and HeartGold and SoulSilver, X and Y, Scarlet and Violet and Legends: Z-A all list the same numbers.
Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire added Mega Rayquaza: 10.8 m (35 ft 5 in) and 392 kg (864.2 lb). Unlike other Mega Evolutions it needs no Mega Stone, only the move Dragon Ascent. It gets 3.8 m longer and 185.5 kg heavier, about 1.9 times its normal weight.
The Pokédex says it has lived for hundreds of millions of years in the ozone layer, never coming down to the ground, and the Ruby entry says it seems to feed on water and particles in the atmosphere. The Alpha Sapphire entry adds that it eats meteoroids, which give it the energy to Mega Evolve.
Light for its length
Next to other big Pokémon, 206.5 kg is modest. Snorlax is only 2.1 m tall and weighs 460 kg, more than twice as much. Dragonite, at 2.2 m, weighs 210 kg, a little more than Rayquaza. Lugia (5.2 m, 216 kg) is also slightly heavier, while Ho-Oh (3.8 m, 199 kg) is a little lighter.
Real snakes are lighter still. Medusa, a reticulated python measured at 7.67 m, weighed 158.8 kg, and a wild one of 6.95 m weighed 59 kg. Rayquaza is slightly heavier than the heaviest of these, but looks far thicker in its artwork.
Our estimate, not an official figure: if Rayquaza were as dense as water, like most animals, 206.5 kg spread over 7 m would give a body only about 19 cm thick on average (206.5 kg ÷ 1,000 kg/m³ ÷ 7 m = 0.03 m² of cross section). Any thicker than that, and it has to be lighter than water inside, which suits a Pokémon that never lands.
Rayquaza, Groudon and Kyogre
Rayquaza is the lightest of the Hoenn weather trio. Kyogre weighs 352 kg, 1.7 times as much, and Groudon 950 kg, 4.6 times as much. Even so, the Emerald and Omega Ruby entries say it is the one that comes down to end their clash.
Their special forms keep the same order. Mega Rayquaza (392 kg) is lighter than Primal Kyogre (430 kg) and far lighter than Primal Groudon (999.7 kg), even though Mega Rayquaza is longer than Primal Kyogre at 10.8 m against 9.8 m.
What its weight does in battle
Low Kick and Grass Knot hit harder the heavier the target is, and reach their maximum power of 120 against anything over 200 kg. Rayquaza clears the line by just 6.5 kg, so it takes the full-power version. The same line decides Sky Drop, which only works on targets lighter than 200 kg: this flying Pokémon is too heavy to be carried off by it.
Heavy Slam and Heat Crash get stronger the more the user outweighs the target. Groudon, at 4.6 times Rayquaza’s weight, hits it with 100 power, and Snorlax, at 2.2 times, with 60. Nothing reaches 120, which would need a user over 1,032.5 kg. In HeartGold and SoulSilver its 455.2 lb also just clears the Heavy Ball’s 451.1 lb line, so the ball adds 20 to its catch rate.
